摘要 在乘用车设计中,为校核前风挡玻璃雨刮的刮刷面积,需要搭建雨刮运动模型,用来分析雨刮系统的设计方案是否满足设计要求。基于CATIA软件进行雨刮运动模型的搭建及仿真,从而生成雨刮运动构件(左右2个雨刮刮臂)的运动包络体,即可实现对雨刮刮刷面积的校核。结果表明,使用所述方法生成的运动包络体,可以更加高效便捷地校核雨刮的刮刷面积。该搭建方法可以为汽车设计和校核领域提供参考。 In the design of passenger cars, in order to check the wiping area of front windshield wiper, it is necessary to build a wiper dynamic model to analyze whether the design scheme of wiper system meets the design requirements. Based on CATIA software, the wiper dynamic model is built and simulated to generate the envelope volume of wiper(the left and right wiper arms), which can be used to check the wiping area. The results show that the envelope volume generated by the method can be used to check the wiping area of the wiper more efficiently and conveniently. This method can provide reference for the field of automobile design and verification.
