培养应用型人才是部分地方本科高校和新建本科高校的人才培养定位,文章从研究应用型人才标准和内涵出发,针对传统培养模式在应用型人才培养中存在的问题,在深入思考和探索基础上,创新性提出了"5-2-1"应用型人才培养模式,较好的实现了“本科专业教育”与“面向岗位技能教育”有机融合,有效的解决了传统人才培养模式中存在的问题,有助于推动地方本科高校向应用型高校转型,为实现应用型人才培养提供切实可行路径。

Cultivating application-oriented talents is the talent training orientation of some local undergraduate colleges and newly-established undergraduate colleges.Starting from the analysis of standards and connotations of application-oriented talents,this paper innovatively proposes the"5-2-1"cultivation model of application-oriented talents.It carries out deep thinking ajnd exploration via studying the problems existing in the traditional training mode on application-oriented talents.This approach realizes the integration of 11 undergraduate professional education"and"job-oriented skill education",efifectively solving the problems existing in the traditional cultivation mode.It is also helpful to promote the transformation of local undergraduate colleges into application oriented colleges and provide a practical way for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
