摘要
2019年底新型冠状病毒(C0VID-19)疫情爆发,医疗、防护物资被大量消耗,这对我国国家储备体系与应急保障体系提出了很高的要求。中共中央政治局常委会提出:要系统梳理国家储备体系短板,提升储备效能;要健全统一的应急物资保障体系。在国家储备体系与应急保障体系建设中,高校科研力量具有不可或缺的作用。文章论述了高校科研要为国家提供行之有效的储备体系服务;高校科研要为国家应急保障建设提供理论、技术支持。
At the end of 2019,the new coronavirus(COVID-19)epidemic broke out,and medical and protective materials were consumed in large quantities,which puts forward high requirements on China's national reserve system and emeigency security system.The Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee suggests:systematically sort out the shortcomings of the national reserve system to improve the efficiency of reserves;and improve the unified emergency material security system.In the construction of the national reserve system and emeigency guarantee system,the scientific research forces of universities play an indispensable role.The article discusses that university scientific research should provide effective reserve system services for the country;university scientific research should provide theoretical and technical support for the construction of national emergency support.
