摘要
目的研究呼吸科护理教学中应用PDCA循环管理理论的实践效果。方法 2017年1月-2019年8月选取本院接收的66名呼吸科实习护生,采纳随机数字表法分观察组(PDCA循环管理理论)与对照组(常规带教模式),每组33名,比较两组的综合成绩及带教满意度。结果带教前两组综合成绩无统计学意义,P>0.05;带教后观察组理论知识、技能操作、综合素质及查体成绩分值较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组带教满意率是96.96%、对照组带教满意率是84.84%,两组比较带教满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理理论能提高呼吸科实习护生的综合成绩、综合素质,为后期顺利上岗提供可靠性保障。
Objective To study the practical effect of applying PDCA cycle management theory in respiratory nursing teaching. Methods From January 2017 to August 2019, 66 respiratory nursing students received by our hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(PDCA cycle management theory) and a control group(conventional teaching model) using a random number table method, each group 33 Name, compare the comprehensive scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results The comprehensive scores of the two groups before teaching had no statistical significance, P>0.05;the scores of theoretical knowledge, skill operation, comprehensive quality and physical examination scores of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group, and the data in the group had statistical significance, P<0.05;the satisfaction rate of teaching in the observation group was 96.96%, and the satisfaction rate of control in the control group was 84.84%. There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of teaching between the two groups, P>0.05. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management theory can improve the comprehensive performance and comprehensive quality of respiratory nursing students, and provide reliable guarantee for the smooth employment in the later period.
