实用新型护生临床实习轮转表的设计与应用

目的设计一种新型的实用型的可重复使用的护生临床实习轮转表,有助于杜绝护生在某一科室重叠或轮空现象,提高管理效率。方法运用EXCEL表格,在满足各院校对实习护生实习科室的要求和最大程度保证各科室实习护生合理配置的基础上,编排出横标目为轮转科室和相对应轮转周期,纵标目为轮转时间安排,主体部分为护生分组组号的一种固定模式的轮转表。结果新轮转表后修改次数为零,不存在轮空现象,并且在实习生分批入院的情况下,应用新型轮转表模式编排的数量要少于旧轮转表。结论实用新型护生临床实习轮转表的设计与应用,实现了各科室实习护生的合理分配,使轮转表的编排由繁到简,减轻了护理管理者的工作量,提高了工作效率。

Objective To design a new type of practical reusable nursing clinical practice rotation table to prevent nurses from overlapping or wheeling in a certain department and improve management efficiency. Methods Using the EXCEL form, on the basis of satisfying the requirements of the internship nursing students’ internship department and the reasonable arrangement of the internship nursing students in each department, the horizontal labeling is the rotation department and the corresponding rotation period. The heading is a rotation schedule, and the main part is a fixed-mode rotation table of the group number of the nursing group. Results The number of revisions after the new rotation table is zero, there is no wheel phenomenon, and in the case of interns entering the hospital in batches, the number of applications using the new rotary table mode is less than that of the old round table. Conclusion The design and application of clinical practice nursing students’ clinical practice rotation table has realized the rational distribution of the internship nursing students in various departments, making the rotation table more complicated and simple, reducing the workload of nursing managers and improving work efficiency.
