手术治疗老年创伤性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果

Surgical Treatment of Traumatic Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur Among the Elderly

目的探讨老年创伤性股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用手术治疗的治疗效果。方法 2018年3月-2019年4月纳入本院110例老年创伤性股骨粗隆间骨折患者,通过患者入院治疗的先后顺序,将其分成对照组及观察组,分别各55名患者,对照组实施保守治疗,观察组患者实施手术治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果两组患者经治疗后对比,观察组临床治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组并发症发生情况也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年创伤性股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用手术进行治疗,能有效提高老年患者的临床治疗效果,改善具体症状,并且避免患者出现一系列并发症,有效降低并发症的临床发生几率,从而确保患者预后情况较好。

Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment on elderly patients with traumatic intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 110 elderly patients with traumatic femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital were selected as analysis samples. The time of this study began in March 2018, and the enrolled subjects ended in April 2019. According to the order of patients’ admission, it was divided into control group and observation group, each with 55 patients. The control group was treated with conservative treatment, and the observation group was treated with surgery. The clinical treatment effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with traumatic intertrochanteric fractures can effectively improve the clinical treatment of elderly patients, improve specific symptoms, and avoid a series of complications for patients, effectively reduce the clinical incidence of complications, and ensure that Patients have a better prognosis.
