腔镜辅助小切口与全腔镜甲状腺癌的手术对比

Comparison of Endoscopic Assisted Small Incision and Total Endoscopic Thyroid Carcinoma

目的研究分析腔镜辅助小切口与全腔镜手术治疗方式治疗甲状腺癌的可行性及其优势与劣势情况。方法选取2016年1月-2019年1月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的甲状腺癌患者306例,随机将所选患者分为两组,观察组共153例,采用腔镜辅助小切口方式进行治疗,对照组共153例,采用全腔镜手术方案。对比分析两组患者手术指标情况、术后恢复情况、术后并发症情况等。结果观察组患者手术用时显著短于对照组,术后拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腔镜辅助小切口手术方式具有微创与传统手术优势结合的特征,其优势更加明显。

Objective To study and analyze the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of endoscopic assisted small incision and total endoscopic surgery for thyroid cancer. Methods 306 cases of thyroid cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. A total of 153 cases in the observation group were treated with endoscopic assisted small incision, and 153 cases in the control group were treated with total endoscopic surgery. The surgical indicators, postoperative recovery and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The operative time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the postoperative extubation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and length of stay between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic assisted small incision surgery is characterized by the combination of advantages of minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery.
