摘要
目的研究分析在四肢骨折患者行早期功能锻炼期间采取人文关怀护理的效果。方法随机抽选2018年1月-2018年9月在本院接受早期功能锻炼的四肢骨折患者共计86例,抽签法分组为观察组以及对照组每组43例。对照组中患者均为接受常规护理干预措施,观察组中患者均在常规护理的同时再开展人文关怀护理措施。分析不同护理方式下护理后两组患者的护理康复效果差异。结果观察组中患者的康复有效率比对照组要高(P<0.05)。结论临床上在开展早期功能锻炼的四肢骨折患者中,开展基于人文关怀护理理念下的护理措施有利于提升康复效果,促进患者的病情改善以及康复,增进护理质量。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of humanistic care during early functional exercise for patients with limb fracture. Methods From January 2018 to September 2018, 86 patients with limb fracture were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received humanistic care. To analyze the effect of nursing rehabilitation of two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing for patients with limb fracture during early functional exercise is helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect.
