肝硬化并上消化道出血的护理干预效果

Nursing Intervention Effect of Liver Cirrhosis Complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的探讨对肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者行护理干预的临床效果。方法随机选取本院于2016年3月-2018年3月收治的76例肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者,并将其均分为常规组(n=38)和循证组(n=38)。其中对常规组患者行常规护理,对循证组患者则行循证护理,两组护理效果做评估比较。结果循证组SAS及SDS评分改善均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规组患者相比,循证组患者止血成功率和半年再出血发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者护理中采取循证护理,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 76 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into the conventional group(n=38) and the evidence-based group(n=38). Among them, patients in the conventional group received routine nursing, and patients in the evidence-based group received evidence-based nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated and compared. Results The improvement of SAS and SDS scores in the evidence-based group was better than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, patients in the evidencebased group had a higher success rate of hemostasis and a lower incidence of semi-annual rebleeding, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the degree of anxiety and depression, promote the success of hemostasis and reduce the incidence of re-bleeding.
