电力系统是电能的转化分配系统,在这个系统中配电建设是十分重要的一部分,配网建设的安全性以及有效性直接影响到用电效果。目前在配电网建设和运营管理中存在很多问题,这些问题会直接或者间接影响配网的运行效率。解决配网建设和运行管理中出现的问题,才能够对人们的电能使用起到保障。本文将通过其中出现的问题进行分析,提出针对性的方法进行改进,从而优化配网建设及其运行管理,提高其运行效果。

The power system is the transformation and distribution system of electric energy,in which the distribution construction is a very important part,and the safety and effectiveness of the distribution network construction directly affect the power consumption effect.At present,there are many problems in the construction and operation management of distribution network,which will directly or indirectly affect the operation efficiency of distribution network.Only by solving the problems in distribution network construction and operation management can people’s power use be guaranteed.In this paper,through the analysis of the problems,the targeted methods are proposed to improve,so as to optimize the distribution network construction and operation management,and improve its operation effect.
