摘要
运用文献资料法等研究联合国教科文组织在保护传统体育与游戏方面的实践经验及其启示。联合国教科文组织将传统体育与游戏视为人类非物质文化遗产的基本构成,认为其具有文化、社会和体育的多元价值;在全球主要实施的保护工作包括通过引导与协商形成多边共识,通过列入"非遗"名录形成国际规范与影响力,利用"新媒体"强化保护与推广以及举办赛会、融入教育等。对我国的启示:积极参与全球文化治理,推动优秀项目进"非遗",通过"多维度"保护和强化族群记忆等。
This paper studies practical experiences and enlightenments of UNESCO in protecting traditional sports and games by using the method of literature reviews.UNESCO regards traditional sports and games as the basic components of the intangible cultural heritage of mankind with multiple values of culture,society and sport.The protection work mainly implemented in the world includes the formation of multilateral consensus through guidance and consultation,the formation of international norms and influence by being listed in the list of"intangible cultural heritage",also with the use of"new media"to strengthen protection and promotion as well as holding competitions and integration with education.Enlightenments for China:actively participate in global cultural governance,improve excellent projects be listed as"intangible cultural heritage"and strengthen ethnic memory through"multi-dimensional"protection.
