Experience and Enlightenment of the PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games under the Concept of New Horizons

运用文献资料等研究方法,探讨在"新时空"背景下,平昌冬奥会的办赛经验以及对2022年北京冬奥会的启示。平昌冬奥会主要办赛经验:以项目属性为基础,搭建了"跨界+跨项"的新平台;以场馆遗产为目标,有效划分了"保留+改造"的不同用途,开创了场馆赛后开发的新模式;以"冰+雪"赛事规划为依托,打造了"城市—区域—国家"的复兴新路径;以奥林匹克教育为抓手,以冬季体育运动体验为素材,开启了"教育+体验"的奥林匹克普及新篇章。对我国的启示:"性别平等"与"跨界+跨项","保留+改造"与"冰丝带","冰+雪"与"三赛区体系","教育+体验"与"双奥之城"。

By literature review and other research methods,this paper analyzes the experience of the PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games and enlightenment for Beijing 2022 under the concept of New Horizons.The experience of PyeongChang includes:based on the event attributes,a new platform for"cross border+cross event"was built;the utilization of"reservation+reconstruction"was divided for the goal of venue legacies,which is a new mode for post-Games use of the Olympic venues;by the event planning of"ice+snow",a new revival path was constructed for"city+region+nation"revival;by combining Olympic education with winter sports experience,a new chapter was started for"education+experience"popularization.The enlightenment for Beijing includes:"gender equality"and"cross border+cross event","reservation+reconstruction"and"the national speed skating hall","ice+snow"and"triple division system","education+experience"and"twice Olympic city".
