美国大学体育教育专业学生培养模式特征及启示——以怀俄明大学为例

Characteristic and Enlightenment of Physical Education Students Training Mode in American Universities——Taking University of Wyoming as an Example

采用文献资料法和实地调研法,以美国怀俄明大学为例分析美国大学体育教育专业的培养模式,并提出启示。研究结果:美国怀俄明大学体育教育专业学生的培养模式以"社会需求"为导向,将所属州的中小学人才需求的实际情况融入本专业的培养目标、培养方向、课程内容与设置、课堂组织与实施以及学业评估五个方面,强调理论与实践结合的重要性。对我国的启示:大学体育教育专业在丰富培养方向和重构培养目标的同时注重多元化和基础性,培养符合社会发展的体育人才;均衡课程设置比例,重视学生的基础知识和教学能力;保证课堂组织和课程评估的多元化和多样化实行,强调反馈机制,进而促进学生有效学习,发挥学生的能动性。

By the methods of literature review and field research,taking the University of Wyoming as an example,this paper analyzed the training model of American physical education majors,and put forward the enlightenment.Research results:the training mode of physical education students in the University of Wyoming is oriented by"social needs",which integrates the actual needs of primary and secondary school talents in the state into the training objectives,training directions,curriculum contents and settings,classroom organization and implementation,and academic evaluation of the major.It emphasizes the importance of the combination of theory and practice.Enlightenment to China:while enriching the training direction and restructuring the training objectives,we should pay attention to diversification and fundamentality of the physical education major,cultivate sports talents in line with social development balance the proportion of curriculum setting,pay attention to the students’basic knowledge and teaching ability,ensure the diversification and diversified implementation curriculum of organization and evaluation,emphasize the feedback mechanism so as to promote effective learning and give full play to students’initiative.
