输电线路铁塔曲臂T节点的增强方法及受力特性 被引量:2

摘要 为增加猫头塔塔头横梁刚度,在横梁与曲臂梁连接处设置斜撑的增强措施.基于相似原理,设计缩尺模型,开展增强前后曲臂T型节点承载力及变形特性的试验研究,建立原型空间塔架T节点有限元模型,分析了增强措施对曲臂T节点传力机理、刚度以及承载力特性的影响规律.结果表明:设置斜撑后,T节点整体性提高,横梁上的导线竖向荷载通过斜撑传递至曲臂;结构刚度提高了近1.5倍,说明设置斜撑是提高猫头型输电塔曲臂T节点刚度的一种有效方法. In order to strengthen the stiffness of the crossbeam in the cat-head type tower,an enhancement method which sets up diagonal brace between the curve beam and crossbeam is put forward.On the basis of the principle of structural similarity,a scale-model specimen is designed and tested to investigate the bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of the T-joint before and after reinforcement.Moreover,a prototype FEA model is carried out to study the influence of the diagonal brace on force transmission mechanism and stiffness of the space curved arm T-joint.The study reveals that adding diagonal brace can effectively improve the integrity of the T-joint,and the vertical conductor load on the crossbeam can be transmitted onto the curved arm,which improves the bearing capacity of the crossbeam.Besides,the structure stiffness is greatly improved by nearly 1.5 times.Setting up diagonal brace is an effective and reasonable reinforcement method for enhancing the stiffness and bearing capacity of the curved arm T-joint in cat-head type tower.
