摘要
利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)模拟软件研究单排圆形立柱对侧向进水泵站前池流态的改善情况,及其参数对回流区范围大小和进口断面行近流速均匀度的影响.计算结果表明,单排圆形立柱可使水流向前池两侧分流,缩小边坡回流区范围,使进口断面行近流速更均匀,有效改善水流流态.单排圆柱宜布置在距离进水池31.05D0(D0为吸水管直径)处,圆柱间距越大、数量越少,其阻水分流效果越不明显.
The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software is used to analyze the improvement of flow pattern in the pumping station forebay with a single row of cylindrical columns and analyze the influence of its parameters on reducing the recirculation zone and uniforming velocity of the import section.It is found that circular columns make water flow to both sides of the forebay,consequently,the range of slope backflow zone is narrowed and the approach velocity before units is uniform.Circular columns effectively improve the flow pattern The single row of cylinders should be placed at a distance of 31.05 D 0(diameter of suction pipe)from suction sump of pumping station.The larger spacing of cylinders and smaller cylinder number give rise to less obvious of reducing the recirculation zone.
