探讨胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常的应用

目的探究探讨胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常的应用临床效果与使用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2019年12月内本院收治的快速心律失常患者300例,按照随机分组的方法将患者分为两组,其中对照组(150例,采用胺碘酮单纯治疗),观察组(150例,采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗治疗),对两组患者的心率、心律转复率、心率改善时间。结果实验组患者心率、心律转复率、心率改善时间对比对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常具有更好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的心率、心律转复率、心率改善时间。,具有较高的使用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia.Methods January 2019-2019,12 months of rapid arrhythmia patients admitted in our hospital 300 cases,in accordance with the method of randomized divided the patients into two groups,the control group(150 cases,using amiodarone pure treatment),the observation group(150 cases,using amiodarone with metoprolol therapy treatment)and heart rate in two groups of patients,implantable rate and heart rate improve.Results the heart rate,heart rate and heart rate improvement time of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion amiodarone combined with metoprolol has a better clinical effect in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia,and can effectively improve the heart rate,heart rate and heart rate improvement time of patients.,has a high use value.
