改进置管核对流程在ICU感染防控护理中的运用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of improved catheterization checking process in ICU infection prevention and control nursing

目的探究改进置管核对流程在ICU感染防控护理中的运用效果。方法将我院2017年6月至2019年3月期间ICU的患者(40例)作为观察对象,利用数字分配法将患者随机分为两组,命名为观察组(n=20)及对照组(n=20),观察组实施改进置管核对流程,对照组实施常规护理,对比观察两组患者感染呼吸机相关性肺炎、耐药菌感染、导管相关血流感染发生率。结果观察组感染呼吸机相关性肺炎、耐药菌感染、导管相关血流感染发生率相比于对照组,优势比较明显(P<0.05)。结论将改进置管核对流程应用在ICU感染防控护理中,能够减少护理风险,提升可操作性,减少感染发生率,临床护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of improved catheter checking process in ICU infection prevention and control nursing.Methods from June 2017 to March 2019 ICU patients(40 cases)as research object,using the method of digital distribution patients were randomly divided into two groups,named as observation group(n=20)and the control group(n=20),the observation group check process improvement,control group routine nursing,observed two groups of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia,drugresistant bacteria infection,the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection.Results the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,drug-resistant bacterial infection and catheter-related bloodstream infection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of improved catheterization verification process in ICU infection prevention and control nursing can reduce nursing risks,improve operability,reduce the incidence of infection,and achieve significant clinical nursing effect.
