摘要
目的研究切药工房内乙醇的空间分布规律,为防护设施的改进提供依据,降低工作场所燃爆风险,有效保护作业人员身体健康。方法采用现场调查、理论分析、数值模拟、现场检测等方法对切药工房内乙醇浓度分布进行研究,得出三维空间内乙醇浓度分布状态。结果切药间乙醇在水平面上的分布规律为南高北低(南、北部平均值分别为62.52、47.78 mg/m^3)、垂直面上的分布规律为下高上低(由下到上分别为67.67、53.70、35.49 mg/m^3),空间内最高浓度为318.4 mg/m^3,全局平均浓度52.28 mg/m^3。结论切药间乙醇浓度总体较高,这是由于排风系统风量过小、风压不足引起,应对排风系统进行改造。
Objective To study the spatial distribution of ethanol in the cutting room,to provide a basis for the improvement of protective facilities,to reduce the risk of explosion in the workplace,and to effectively protect the health of workers.Methods Field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,on-site inspection and other methods were used to study the concentration distribution of ethanol in the cutting room,and the distribution of ethanol concentration in three-dimensional space was obtained.Results The distribution of ethanol in the horizontal plane was high in the south and low in the north(The average values in the south and north were 62.52 mg/m^3,47.78 mg/m^3).The distribution law on the vertical plane was lower and higher(From bottom to top,they were 67.67 mg/m^3,53.70 mg/m^3,and 35.49 mg/m^3 respectively.).The highest concentration in the space was 318.4 mg/m^3,and the global average concentration was 52.28 mg/m^3.Conclusion The ethanol concentration in the cutting room is generally higher.This is due to the fact that the air volume of the exhaust system is too small and the wind pressure is insufficient,and the exhaust system should be modified.
