上海地区中青年人群幽门螺杆菌感染与血脂、血尿酸的相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Blood lipids,Uric Acid in Young and Middle-aged People in Shanghai

目的:对健康体检人群幽门螺杆(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染状况进行分析,研究其对血脂、血尿酸的相关性。方法:回顾性从华东疗养院2017年1月至2017年6月健康体检数据中,随机筛选出1653例20岁至60岁已行13C尿素呼气试验(13C urea breath test,13C-UBT)的健康人群作为研究对象,其中男性851例(占51.5%),女性802例(48.5%),采集研究对象的性别、年龄、体质指数、血脂、血尿酸、血压、空腹血糖等数据,统计分析HP阳性及HP阴性组两组间临床数据的差异,并将各指标与HP感染程度进行相关分析。结果:体检人群总体Hp感染率为41.4%,各年龄段Hp感染率不同,但差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);Hp阳性及阴性组间年龄、性别、BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C、血压等略有差异,但均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),Hp阳性组血尿酸明显高于HP阴性组(P=0.027)。Hp感染程度与UA、BMI、HDL-C、TG有明显相关性。结论:Hp感染无性别及年龄差异。Hp感染程度与UA、BMI、TG、HDL-C存在相关性。

Objective:To analyze the infection status of helicobacter pylori in healthy people and study its correlation with serum lipids and uric acid.Methods:1,653 healthy people aged 20 to 60 who have undergone 13C urea breath test(13C-UBT)from January 2017 to June 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects,including 851 males(51.5%)and 802 females(48.5%),The data of sex,age,body mass index,blood lipid,blood uric acid,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and other data of the subjects were collected from physical examination population in Huadong sanatorium.The clinical data of Hp positive and Hp negative groups were compared and analyzed,and the correlation analysis between each index and Hpinfection degree was carried out.Results:The rate of Hp infection in the physical examination population was 41.4%,and the rate of Hp infection was different in different age groups,but the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Age,sex,BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,blood pressure are slightly different between Hp positive and negative groups,but there is no statistical significance(all P>0.05).Uric acid in Hp positive group is significantly higher than that in HP negative group(P=0.027).Hp infectionwas significantly correlated with UA,BMI,HDL-C,TG.Conclusions:Hp infection has no gender or age difference.Hp infection is correlated with UA,BMI,TG and HDL-C.
