连续性血液净化联合血液灌注治疗重症蜂蜇伤的护理

Nursing Care of Patients with Severe Bee Sting Treated by Continuous Blood Purification and Blood Perfusion

目的:通过对重症蜂蛰伤患者进行分析,随后采用连续性血液净化联合血液灌注模式,对其患者的净化效果和生活质量进行探究。方法:选取参与本次研究的重症蜂蛰伤患者60例,随后将其60例重症蜂蛰伤患者进行随机分组,其中30例重症蜂蛰伤患者称为本次研究的一般组,30例重症蜂蛰伤患者为本次研究的观察组。对于一般患者来说采用传统的血液净化护理,对于观察组来说,采用连续性血液净化联合血液灌注的方式。结果:通过对两组患者的相关量表评分效果进行比对,一般组的健康评分、身体功能、心理健康、社会功能评分低于观察组。结论:采用连续性血液净化联合血液灌注治疗的方式其净化效果较为优良,在现阶段具有一定的应用价值。

Objective:Through the analysis of the patients with severe bee sting,the continuous blood purification combined with blood perfusion mode was used to explore the purification effect and quality of life of the patients.Methods:60 patients with severe bee sting were selected,and then 60 patients with severe bee sting were randomly divided into three groups.30 patients with severe bee sting were called the general group and 30 patients with severe bee sting were the observation group.For the general patients,traditional blood purification nursing was used,and for the observation group,continuous blood purification combined with blood perfusion was used.Results:The scores of health,physical function,mental health and social function in the general group were lower than those in the observation group.Conclusion:The method of continuous blood purification combined with blood perfusion has a better purification effect,and has a certain application value at this stage.
