心理护理干预在老年慢性胃炎护理中的临床应用效果观察及护理满意度分析

The Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in the Elderly Patients with Chronic Gastritis and the Analysis of Nursing Satisfaction

目的:体会对老年慢性胃炎患者实施心理护理干预的临床价值。方法:将58例本院于2018年4月~2019年2月内收治的老年慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,护理模式差异为分组原则,设对照组行常规护理,设观察组行心理护理干预;观察临床应用效果、护理满意度。结果:观察组临床应用效果较好,满意度高达93.3%,对照组仅为71.4%,P<0.05。结论:对老年慢性胃炎患者实施护理,建议采纳心理护理干预,可缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪的同时提高护理满意度。

Objective:To realize the clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:58 elderly patients with chronic gastritis admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were studied.The difference of nursing mode was the principle of grouping.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.The clinical application effect and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:The clinical application effect of the observation group was good,the satisfaction rate was 93.3%,the control group was only 71.4%,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is suggested that psychological nursing intervention should be adopted in elderly patients with chronic gastritis to relieve anxiety and depression and improve nursing satisfaction.
