摘要
目的:比较胶体金法检测肺炎支原体IgM抗体(MP-IgM)和被动凝集法检测肺炎支原体抗体(MP-Ab)在肺炎支原体感染诊断中灵敏度和特异性,了解两者在肺炎支原体诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集从2019年5月至12月来我院就诊肺炎支原体患儿55例,进行胶体金法(A组)和被动凝集法(B组),检测血清中MP-IgM抗体和MP-Ab,对其阳性率以及并联两组(视其中之一阳性为阳性)阳性率进行比较。结果:胶体金法(A组)、被动凝集法(B组)和并联组(C组)三组阳性率分别是45.45%、32.72%和52.72%,对三组阳性率进行比较,C组阳性率高于A组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);高于B组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组阳性率高于B组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论:在疑似肺炎支原体感染时,应联合胶体金法和被动凝集法检测患儿血清支原体MP-IgM抗体和肺炎支原体抗体,可提高检出率,为临床提供更有利的诊断依据。
Objective:To compare the sensitivity and specificity of detection of MP-IgM by colloidal gold method and detection of MP-Ab by passive agglutinating method in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and to understand the application value of both in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods:A total of 55 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae admitted to our hospital from May to December 2019 were collected,and group A and group B were used to detect the serum MP-IgM and MP-Ab.Results:The positive rates of group A,group B and group C were 45.45%,32.72%and 52.72%.Compared with the positive rates of the three groups,the positive rates of group C were higher than that of group A,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the case of suspected mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,the serum mycoplasma MP-IgM and MP-Ab should be detected,which can improve the detection rate and provide more favorable diagnostic basis for clinical practice.
