经阴道超声联合断层超声显像技术及血清β-HCG检测在早期异位妊娠诊断的准确度及敏感度

The Accuracy and Sensitivity of Transvaginal Ultrasonography Combined with Computed Tomography(ct)and Serum-hcg in the Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy Were Determined

目的:探讨经阴道超声联合断层超声显像技术及血清β-HCG检测在早期异位妊娠诊断价值。方法:择取60例早期异位妊娠患者,采用经阴道超声联合断层超声显像技术、血清β-HCG、三者联合等检测方式,评估诊断结果。结果:三者联合检测方式,敏感度、准确度较高,但特异度较低。结论:针对早期异位妊娠患者,经阴道超声、断层超声显像技术、血清β-HCG联合检测,准确度和敏感度较高。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with tomography and serum level-HCG in early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Sixty patients with early ectopic pregnancy were selected and the diagnostic results were evaluated by transvaginal ultrasonography combined with computed tomography(ct),serum i-hcg,and the combination of the three.Results:The three combined detection methods have high sensitivity and accuracy,but low specificity.Conclusion:For patients with early ectopic pregnancy,transvaginal ultrasound,ct imaging and serum d-hcg combined detection have high accuracy and sensitivity.
