摘要
学校首席信息官(Educational Chief Information Officer,ECIO)即教育领域中的信息化主管,是管理学校信息化具有高级职位的复合型人才。ECIO的主要工作是在信息技术的支持下,引领全校师生全面开展教育信息化工作,推动数字化校园建设。文章明确了ECIO的内涵,阐述了ECIO在我国教育领域的研究现状,分析了教育信息化2.0的视野下ECIO的新要求--新的定位、新的知识与技能、新的职责,并提出了ECIO在教育领域可持续发展面临挑战的策略,以期能够为ECIO在教育领域的未来学术研究和实践应用提供参考。
The Educational Chief Information Officer(ECIO) is the information director in the field of education, who is the compound talent with advanced positions in the management of school information. The main work of ECIO is to lead teachers and students of the school to fully carry out education informatization work with the support of information technology and promote the construction of digital campus. The paper clarified the connotation of ECIO, expounded the current research status of ECIO in the field of education in China, analyzed the new requirements of ECIO in the field of education informatization 2.0 - new positioning, new knowledge and skills, new responsibilities, and proposed the strategies for the challenges facing in the sustainable development of ECIO in the field of education, expecting to providing reference for ECIO’s future academic research and practical application in the field of education.
