新型冠状病毒肺炎防治一线医务人员亲属的心理健康状况调查

Survey on the Mental Health Status of Relatives of Medical Staff from Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Treatment Hospitals

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,简称新冠肺炎)防治一线医务人员亲属的心理健康状况。方法采用一般资料调查表和Kessler心理健康状况量表(K10)对参与新冠肺炎防治一线医务人员的462名亲属进行问卷调查。结果93.72%的研究对象支持亲人参与新冠肺炎防治一线临床工作,94.59%表示担心在抗疫一线工作的亲人。Kessler心理健康状况平均得分为(17.15±5.91)分,心理健康状况以良好为主,占47.62%,心理健康状况总体水平低于居民K10常模(P<0.001)。结论新冠肺炎防治一线医务人员的亲属对参与一线抗疫工作总体支持度好,但心理健康状况总体较差,医疗机构和社会应关注其心理健康状况,给与支持与帮助,采用积极的心理调适策略,以改善其心理健康状况。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of relatives of medical staff from novel coronavirus pneumonia treatment hospitals.Methods The General Data Scale and the 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10)were used to survey on 462 relatives of medical staff from novel coronavirus pneumonia treatment hospitals.Results 93.72%of the participants supported their relatives to treat the novel coronavirus pneumonia,94.59%expressed their worry about their relatives.The average score of K10 scale was(17.15±5.91),and 47.62%was accounted as good mental health.The overall level of mental health was lower than the K10 Norms(P<0.001).Conclusion Participants have good support for family members as medical staff in working on novel coronavirus pneumonia treatment,but the mental health status was generally poor.Medical institutions and society should pay attention to their mental health status,give support and help them to adopt positive psychological adjustment strategy to improve their mental health status.
