宫颈电热圈环切术联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变合并高危人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察宫颈电热圈环切术(LEEP)联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)合并高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法采用随机数表法将2017年1月至2019年1月在镇平县第二人民医院就诊的84例LSIL合并高危HPV感染的患者分为对照组和观察组,各42例。两组均接受LEEP治疗,观察组加用重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗。统计两组术后3、6个月HPV阴性率和治疗总有效率,对比两组术前和术后6个月IgG、IgA水平。结果术后3、6个月观察组HPV转阴率(92.86%、97.62%)均高于对照组(76.19%、83.33%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后3个月两组IgG、IgA水平均较术前升高,且观察组IgG、IgA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LEEP联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗LSIL并发高危HPV感染临床效果较好,可有效清除HPV。
