中山市临床退血种类及原因分析

Types and Causes of Blood Return from Clinical Hospitals in Zhongshan

目的调查中山市临床退血种类并分析其原因,总结具体的预防对策,为减少血液报废提供依据,提高血液制品质量。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月中山市中心血站成品库的临床退血记录,对临床退血的种类、原因进行分类和统计。结果中山市中心血站共向中山市各临床医院发放各种血液成分168751袋,累计退血275袋,总退血率为0.2%。在退回的各类血液制品中,最多的是病毒灭活冰冻血浆(57.1%),其次为悬浮红细胞(30.9%)。在退血原因中,破损占比最高(59.6%),其次是过期(19.3%),凝块为第三(8.0%)。结论中山市临床退回的血液制品较多的是病毒灭活冰冻血浆、悬浮红细胞、冷沉淀凝血因子等,退血原因主要有破损、过期、凝块等。通过改进包装、改进采血及运输流程、严格质控等,有助于降低退血率。

Objective To investigate the types of clinical blood return in Zhongshan and analyze its causes,summarize specific preventive measures,provide a basis for reducing blood scraps,and improve the quality of blood products.Methods The records of clinical blood return in Zhongshan Blood Center from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The types and causes of clinical blood return were classified and calculated.Results Zhongshan Blood Station distributed 168751 bags of blood products to clinical hospitals,and a total of 275 of them were returned,with a total rate of 0.2%.Among the returned blood products,the most were virus-inactivated frozen plasma(57.1%),followed by suspended red blood cells(30.9%).Among the causes of blood return,damaged packaging accounted for the highest proportion(59.6%),followed by expiration(19.3%),and clot was the third(8.0%).Conclusion The blood products returned by the clinical hospitals in Zhongshan are mainly virus-inactivated frozen plasma,suspended red blood cells,and cold-precipitated coagulation factors.The main reasons are damaged packaging,expiration,and clot.By improving packaging,improving blood collection and transportation procedures,and strict quality control,it could help reduce the rate of blood return.
