XRF法测定福州大气颗粒物中部分金属元素含量 被引量:3

摘要 本文以美国Micromatter单元素标准膜为基础,结合NIST SRM 2783颗粒物滤膜标准样品,建立了波长色散-X射线荧光光谱法测定细大气颗粒物PM2.5滤膜样品中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Pb、Zn、Ba、Cu、Fe、Mn等元素的方法。对比分析了空白特氟龙滤膜和空白石英滤膜,空白石英滤膜中Al、Ca、Cu、Fe、Ga、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Si、Zn元素的本底值比空白特氟龙滤膜的高,推荐选用特氟龙滤膜作为PM2.5组分分析采样滤膜。运用该方法测定福州PM2.5样品中的金属元素,考察在不同PM2.5浓度下使用XRF法与ICP-MS法测量特氟龙滤膜得出的两种实验结果的可比性及相关性,结果表明两种方法测得的平均值和相关性都较好,相关系数范围0.8340~0.9881,显示本方法可靠,能够满足目前的监测需求和广泛使用。 A method for the determination of inorganic elements such as K、Ca、Na、Mg、Pb、Zn、Ba、Cu、Fe、Mn in atmo?spheric fine particulate matter of FuZhou using wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy has been estab?lished based on the single element standard filters of Micromatter and the NIST SRM 2783 particulate matter standard fil?ter.The blank values of quartz and Teflon filers were compared.The background values of Al、Ca、Cu、Fe、Ga、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Si、Zn in quart filter were higher than Teflon filters,so Teflon filter was recommended as PM2.5 component analysis sampling filter.The comparability and correlation of the two experimental results obtained by using XRF method and ICPMS method under different PM2.5 concentrations were investigated.The results showed that the average values and correla?tion coefficients were good,and the range of correlation coefficient between the two methods were 0.8340~0.9881,which showed that WD-XRF can be used as a reliable method,and can meet the requirement of environmental monitoring and wide applications.
