摘要 目的观察血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在咬合创伤大鼠颞下颌关节髁突软骨的表达,探讨VEGF在髁突软骨破坏和改建中的作用。方法通过在大鼠右上第一磨牙合面粘接调改好的正畸用不锈钢舌侧扣的方法,使右侧抬高咬合约0.5 mm,建立咬合创伤动物模型,并于建模后7、14、21、28 d采取髁突标本,采用石蜡切片免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF在咬合创伤不同时期髁突软骨的表达,计算VEGF阳性细胞率。结果咬合创伤7 d VEGF的表达开始升高,21 d时降低。结论VEGF可能在咬合创伤髁突软骨的破坏和修复过程中起重要作用。 Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)in the condylar cartilage of the temporomandibular joint in occlusal trauma rats and to explore the role of VEGF in the destruction and remodeling of condylar cartilage.Methods The right side raised occlusion about 0.5 mm by bonding the adjusted stainless steel tongue side buckle on the first molar surface of the upper right of the rat,and the animal model of occlusal trauma was established.After modeling 7,14,21,28 days,the condylar specimen was taken.The expression of condylar cartilage of VEGF was detected by paraffin section immunohistochemical method in different periods of occlusal trauma,and the rate of VEGF positive cells was calculated.Results Expression of VEGF in condylar cartilage increased at 7 d,and decreased gradually at 21 d.Conclusion VEGF may play an important role in the progression of condylar cartilage of occlusal trauma.
