Risk Factors of Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis Patients Treated at Henan Infectious Diseases Hospital

目的分析河南省传染病医院耐多药肺结核患者的危险因素。方法采用回顾性分析方法,总结分析河南省传染病医院2018年7月至2019年6月收治的650例痰培养阳性肺结核患者,描述患者一般特征,采用非条件Logistic回归模型分析耐多药结核病产生的危险因素。结果650例痰培养阳性肺结核患者中男性占74.62%(485/650),务农务工人员占47.69%(310/650),平均年龄(53.25±18.31)岁,初治患者451例,复治患者199例。单因素回归分析显示,年龄、职业、治疗史与耐多药结核病的发生具有相关性(均P<0.05);多因素回归分析显示30~59岁年龄人群、务农务工人员以及治疗史是发生耐多药结核病的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论30~59岁年龄人群、务农务工及有结核病治疗史的患者是发生耐多药结核病的独立危险因素。

Objective To analysis the risk factors of multidrug-resisitant tuberculosis patients who were treated at Henan Infectious Diseases Hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to summarize and analyze 650 cases of sputum culture-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients from July 2018 to June 2019 in Henan Infectious Diseases Hospital.Describing the general characteristics of patients and analyzing the risk factors for MDR-TB by the unconditional Logistic regression model.Results Among the 650 cases of sputum culture-positive tuberculosis,male patients accounted for 74.62%(485/650),farmer workers accounted for 47.69%(310/650),the average age was(53.25±18.31)years old,451 cases were newly diagnosed,and 199 cases were retreated.Univariate regression analysis showed that age,occupation,and treatment history were associated with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(all P<0.05);Multivariate regression analysis showed age(30-59 years old),occupation(working and farming),and treatment history were the independent risk factors for MDR-TB.Conclusion The 30-59 age people,working and farming,and patients with a history of tuberculosis treatment are independent risk factors for MDR-TB.
