一种直流配电网保护控制软件平台的实现方法 被引量:2

摘要 中压直流配电网的建设尚属于研究探索阶段,中压直流配电网的保护控制设备有很多的问题需要研究,这些问题都对直流配电网保护控制平台的运算速度、多CPU协同处理能力、数字化、网络化、实时性、快速性提出了新的需求,为了适应这些需求,提出了一种以元件为核心的直流配电网保护控制平台的实现方法,论述了元件、管理程序、运行程序、可视化编程的基本概念和实现方法,对于平台的一些关键技术,例如中断处理、数据总线的实现方法也进行了阐述。基于该平台的直流母线保护、直流线路保护、直流负载保护已经通过了开普实验室的RTDS仿真测试,功能和性能都达到了设计要求。 At present,the construction of medium voltage DC distribution network belongs to the stage of research and exploration. There are many problems in the protection and control equipment of the medium voltage DC distribution network that need to be studied.These problems all put forward new requirements for the operation speed,multi CPU collaborative processing ability,digitalization,networking,real-time,and rapidity of the protection and control platform of the DC distribution network. In order to meet these requirements,the implementation of a protection and control platform of the DC distribution network with components as the core in the present method is proposed. Moreover,the basic concepts and implementation methods of component,management program,operation program and visual programming are discussed. Some key technologies of the platform,such as interrupt processing and data bus implementation are also described. The DC bus protection,DC line protection and DC load protection based on the platform have passed the RTDS simulation test in the Ketop Electrical Research Institute,and their functions and performances have met the design requirements.
