Southern Regional Electricity Market Bidding Mechanism Considering Regional Differences and Preferential Consumption of Renewable Energy

为促进南方区域可再生能源消纳,实现南方区域资源的优化配置,在南方区域电力市场建设的基础上,提出考虑省间差异及可再生能源优先消纳的南方区域市场主体同台竞价机制。该机制通过调整参与区域市场机组的排序报价,采用两轮出清方法,既实现了南方区域范围内可再生能源的优先消纳,又保障了省内机组的收益,从而打破省间壁垒,促进南方区域各省区机组的公平竞争,对区域统一市场建设具有借鉴意义。

In order to promote the consumption of renewable energy and achieve the optimal allocation of resources in the southern region, based on the construction of the southern region’s electric power market, a bidding mechanism for the main players in the southern region that considers inter-provincial differences and preferential consumption of renewable energy is proposed. This mechanism adjusts the ordering and quotation of units participating in the regional market. Through adopts two rounds of clearing methods, this mechanism not only achieves the preferential consumption of renewable energy in the southern region, but also protects the revenue of units within the province, thereby breaking the barriers between provinces and promoting the fair competition among the units in the provinces and autonomous regions of the southern region is of significance for the construction of the unified regional market.
