某车型B柱内腔电泳工艺孔的优化设计

摘要 结合新车型试制样车B柱内腔加强板电泳不良问题的解决过程,通过优化电泳孔改善泳透性的方案。对B柱内腔电泳孔设计进行防电磁屏蔽孔及排气孔优化,总结数模设计阶段新车型B柱内腔电泳孔设计应注意的几点问题,为新车型电泳孔设计提供理论依据。 The solution of the bad electrophoretic problem of the B-column cavity strengthening plate in the new model is to improve the swimming permeability by optimizing the electrophoretic hole. In this paper, the electromagnetic shielding hole and the exhaust hole are optimized for the design of the electrophoretic hole in the B housing cavity, and some problems should be paid attention to in the design of the electrophoretic hole in the new model B column in the design stage of the digital model are summarized, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the electrophoretic hole in the new model[3-5].
