摘要
为解决在HW90510变速器驱动齿轮卡簧安装工艺过程中采用老旧装配方法经常出现的安装质量差、安装效率低的问题,设计一种新工装。该驱动齿轮卡簧安装工具可保证卡簧的安装质量,实现装配工装的轻量化改进,完成卡簧安装过程的简化,降低操作人员的劳动强度,提升卡簧的安装效率。
A new tooling is designed to solve the problems of poor installation quality and low installation efficiency which often appear in the old assembly method in the process of HW90510 transmission drive gear clip spring installation. The driving gear clip spring installation tool can ensure the installation quality of the clip spring, realize the lightweight improvement of the assembly tool, complete the simplification of the clip spring installation process, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, and improve the installation efficiency of the clip spring.
