气体发动机燃气阀试验系统的开发

摘要 为了研究气体发动机燃气阀的流量特性及验证其流量计量和调节功能,开展燃气阀试验系统研究。根据燃气阀测试要求,试验系统包括空气供给系统、流量测试装置、燃气阀、燃气阀控制系统、排气系统以及自动化控制与数据采集系统。经试验验证,利用该试验台系统可成功进行燃气阀流量特性研究以及流量计量和流量闭环功能的验证。 A research on test system of gas valve in a gaseous fuel engine was conducted,which was used to get the flow characteristic and verify the metering and regulating functions.Considering the test requirements,the air supplying system,flow measuring equipment,gas valve,control system,exhaust system and control and data acquisition system were included.By the test and verify,the flow characteristic and metering and regulating functions of the gas valve can be measured successfully.
