摘要
为了提高长距离带式输送机运行的稳定性,针对托辊结构以及托辊间距进行研究。从承载托辊间距、托辊间距分析和计算空载段托辊间距三方面进行计算,为提高托辊的布局奠定一定的理论基础。
In order to improve the running stability of long distance belt conveyor, the structure and spacing of supporting roller were analyzed.The calculation is carried out from three aspects, including the space between bearing rollers, the space between supporting rollers and the calculation of the space between supporting rollers in no-load section. The modified design lays a certain theoretical foundation for improving the layout of supporting rollers.
