摘要
针对当前煤矿工作面的掘进效率低及质量尚不能够满足实际生产需求这一情况,在研究掘进机选型原则的基础上,以C3-5号层8107工作面5107顺槽巷为研究载体,选择效率及安全性更高的掘进机,并设计了掘进过程中运煤、装煤、临时支护以及永久支护的工艺,以进一步提升工作面的掘进效率和掘进质量。
In view of the fact that the driving efficiency and quality of coal face cannot meet the actual production demand at present, on the basis of studying the principle of roadheader type selection, the 5107 tunneling machine with higher efficiency and safety is selected as the research carrier, and the technology of coal transportation, coal loading, temporary support and permanent support is designed to further improve the driving efficiency and tunneling quality of the working face.
