摘要
如何兼顾稳定性和轻便性是汽车助力转向系统设计的重点。通过数学模型的分析和合理的控制策略的选择,建立电动液压助力转向系统(EHPS)的仿真模型。在设计控制策略时,提出一种采用模糊控制来决策电机的目标转速的方法。最后,在低速时的转向轻便性试验和转向盘中间位置操纵稳定性试验仿真中,取得了预期效果。
How to balance stability and portability is the key point in the design of automotive power steering system.Through the analysis of mathematical model and the selection of reasonable control strategy, the simulation model of electric hydraulic steering system(EHPS) is established. In designing the control strategy, a fuzzy control method is proposed to determine the target speed of the motor. Finally, the expected results are obtained in the simulation of steering portability test and steering stability test at low speed.
