摘要
以提高某型涡轮叶片榫齿加工及疲劳合格率作为研究对象,通过对榫齿、榫头两端面磨削加工工艺特点和工艺缺陷进行分析,探讨了影响涡轮叶片疲劳合格率的因素,并提出了通过改善铸件毛料状态、改进热处理工艺、调整酸洗工艺等一系列的提高涡轮叶片疲劳合格率的措施。
By analyzing the characteristics and defects of the grinding process of tenon and tenon, this paper discusses the factors affecting the fatigue qualification of turbine blade, and puts forward a series of measures to improve the fatigue qualification of turbine blade by improving the state of casting wool, improving the heat treatment process and adjusting the pickling process.
