摘要
主要对配合件加工进行研究,分析了其加工工艺,对设备的选择、配合精度的要求和切削用量等进行了详细的讨论。以轴承套和箱体的数控加工过程为例,对加工工艺进行选择,分析了加工件的配合精度,并对工件装夹方案、走刀路线、刀具选择进行了说明,在保证精度的同时,提高了加工效率,实现了对配合件的精密加工。
It mainly studies the machining of the fitting parts, analyzes its processing technology, and discusses the selection of the equipment, the requirements of the matching precision and the cutting parameters in detail. Taking the NC machining process of bearing sleeve and box as an example, the machining technology is selected, the matching precision of the machining parts is analyzed, and the clamping scheme of the workpiece, the cutting tool route and the tool selection are explained, which ensures the accuracy while improving the machining efficiency and realizes the precision machining of the fitting parts.
