摘要
针对刮板输送机容易出现断链问题,提出了变频一体机基于电流变化率的断链保护检测和基于转速变化的转差率保护检测方法,以解决刮板机断链后的及时停机保护和刮板断链前的预检测保护难题。根据现场的实际应用效果和运行数据分析,断链保护检测方法能够有效降低刮板输送机断链故障几率,同时在发生断链故障时能可靠停机保护,保障综采设备的开机率。
Aiming at the chain breaking problem of the scraper conveyor, the paper puts forward the detection method of the chain breaking protection based on the change rate of the current and the slip rate protection based on the change of the speed, in order to solve the problems of the timely stop protection after the chain breaking of the scraper and the pre-inspection protection before the chain breaking of the scraper. According to the actual application effect and operation data analysis, the detection method of broken chain protection can effectively reduce the probability of broken chain failure of scraper conveyor, at the same time, it can reliably stop the protection in case of broken chain failure, and ensure the starting rate of fully mechanized mining equipment.
