摘要
针对采煤机综采作业时易发生触顶、截割路径偏差大、回采率低的问题,提出了一种基于整定模糊控制的采煤机自适应截割策略,以通过对井下综采面煤层阻抗范围的区分,实现对采煤机工作时的截割转速和牵引速度的优化调整,实现对采煤机的自适应截割控制。通过仿真分析及验证表明该自适应截割策略具有自动化程度高、稳定性好的优点。
In view of the problems that the shearer is prone to touch the top, the cutting path deviation is large and the recovery rate is low in fully mechanized mining operation, an adaptive cutting strategy based on fuzzy control is proposed. By distinguishing the coal seam impedance range of underground fully mechanized mining face, the optimal adjustment of cutting speed and traction speed is realized, and the adaptive cutting control of shearer is realized.
