摘要
针对深部矿井复合顶板支护失效、应力测试困难的问题,以岳城煤矿1307工作面为例进行地应力测试,对复合顶板围岩结构进行了受力分析和数值模拟分析。分析表明:当节理、软弱夹层等复合岩层主要分布在锚杆支护范围外时,调小锚杆锚索排距至1 000~1 100 mm;当节理、软弱夹层等复合岩层主要分布在锚杆支护范围内时。建议采用顶板全锚索支护,长度5 300 mm左右,排距1 200 mm,同时增加帮锚索数量至每排2根,进一步加强煤帮变形控制。
In view of the failure of composite roof support and the difficulty of stress test in deep mine,taking 1309 working face of Du’erping mine as an example, the stress analysis and numerical simulation analysis of the surrounding rock structure of composite roof are carried out. The analysis shows that when the joint, weak interlayer and other composite rock layers are mainly distributed outside the bolt support range, the anchor cable spacing shall be reduced to 1000~1100 mm,when the joint, weak interlayer and other composite rock layers are mainly distributed within the bolt support range, it is recommended to adopt the roof full anchor cable support,with a length of about5300 mm and a row spacing of 1 200 mm. At the same time, the number of side anchor cables shall be increased to two in each row to further strengthen The deformation control of coal bank.
