摘要
分析了可伸缩带式输送机自移机尾装置的首架、工作原理和液压系统。该装置可以实现偏差调整、自移与高度控制的多项功能,同时还能够根据地面的凹凸特征以及载荷变化情况引起胶带跑偏的问题实施有效调整,并对转载机推移进行方向调节,完成各个环节的机械控制。
This paper analyzes the first frame, working principle and hydraulic system design of the self-moving tail device of the retractable belt conveyor. The device can realize several functions of deviation adjustment,self-displacement and height control. At the same time, it can effectively adjust the belt deviation according to the concave and convex characteristics of the ground and the load change, and adjust the direction of the loader to complete the mechanical control of each link.
