摘要
为进一步提升提升机的紧急制动性能,在分析矿井提升机制动系统组成部分及功能的基础上,建立紧急制动试验系统并设计试验方案,分析不同制动油压下制动力、闸瓦间隙以及主轴振动的变化情况,为优化提升机的制动性能奠定基础。
In order to further improve the emergency braking performance of the hoist, based on the analysis of the components and functions of the mine lifting mechanism system, the emergency braking test system is established and the test scheme is designed to analyze the changes of brake power, brake shoe clearance and spindle vibration under different braking oil pressure, so as to lay a foundation for optimizing the braking performance of the hoist.
