氮化炉的改造及效果分析

摘要 针对采用离子氮化炉热处理后工件不合格率高、出现软点等问题,在研究离子氮化炉工作原理及实际生产中所存在问题的基础上,针对阴极盘、水冷却结构等所存在的缺陷提出了针对性的改造方案及措施。实践表明,改造后的离子氮化炉的密封、绝缘、炉内温度均匀性等方面得到了显著提升和改善,从而提升了产品合格率。 Aiming at the problems of high unqualified rate and soft spot of workpiece after heat treatment with ion nitriding furnace, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the defect of cathode plate and water cooling structure based on the research of working principle and actual production of ion nitriding furnace. The practice shows that the sealing, insulation and temperature uniformity of the modified ion nitriding furnace have been significantly improved and improved, thus improving the qualified rate of the product.
