摘要
FOG生产工艺是通过ACF(异性导电膜)在一定的温度、压力和时间下热压将LCD(液晶玻璃)与FPC(柔性线路板)机械连接并电气导通的一种加工方式。压力大小的变化是影响FOG生产工艺的关键,通过可编程控制器采用模拟量控制电气比例阀压力大小达到所需压力曲线,实现完美贴合。
FOG production process is a kind of processing method that LCD(liquid crystal glass) and FPC(flexible circuit board)are mechanically connected and electrically connected by ACF(anisotropic conductive film)under certain temperature, pressure and time.The change of pressure is the key to affect the FOG production process. Through the programmable controller, the analog quantity is used to control the pressure of the electric proportional valve to achieve the required pressure curve and achieve a perfect fit.
