摘要
为了对煤矿井下新型主通风机的节能效果进行研究,以1 250 kW型号为FBCDZ-10-NO38/2的主通风机为例,阐述了新型主通风机在设计、结构、材料、制造等方面的优势,及其变频控制原理。通过实验对比,新型通风系统更加稳定、安全,而且节省了相当可观的电力能源,具有重要的研究意义。
In order to study the energy saving effect of the new main ventilation in coal mine, taking the main ventilator of 1250 k W model FBCDZ-10-NO38/2 as an example, this paper expounds the advantages of the new main ventilator in design, structure, material, manufacture and the principle of frequency conversion control. Through the experimental comparison, the new ventilation system is more stable and safe, and it saves considerable electric energy,which is of great research significance.
