摘要
针对传统排水系统效率低、工人劳动强度大等问题,在分析传统排水系统所存在问题的基础上,以某煤矿为例,根据其地质、气候以及工作面深度等对系统的关键设备水泵、电机完成选型,并根据控制需求完成了系统的软件设计,为综采工作面的高效排水奠定基础。
In view of the low efficiency of traditional drainage system and the large labor intensity of workers, based on the analysis of the existing problems of traditional drainage system, a coal mine is taken as an example, according to its geology, climate and working face depth, the key equipment of the system, water pump and motor are selected, and the software design of the system is completed according to the control requirements, which lays a foundation for the efficient drainage of fully mechanized mining face.
