基于全国30省市的高技术产业集聚度的测度及其影响因素研究

RESEARCH ON THE MEASUREMENT OF HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY AGGLOMERATION AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS OF 30 PROVINCES IN CHINA

本文分别采用因子分析法和熵值法对2016年全国30个省市的高技术产业集聚程度和高技术产业规模经济程度进行测度。构建计量模型,研究规模经济、运输便利度、人力资本以及城市化水平等对高技术产业集聚度的影响作用程度。结果表明:规模经济、运输便利度、城市化是促进高技术产业集聚的积极因素;而人力资本水平则对高技术产业集聚有一定的抑制作用。基于此,本文提出了促进高技术产业集聚发展的政策建议。

This paper uses factor analysis and entropy to measure the agglomeration and the scale economy of high-tech industries of 30 provinces in China in 2016.And then this paper constructs an econometrics model to study the effects of scale economy,transportation convenience,human capital,and urbanization on the agglomeration of high-tech industries.The results show that scale economy,transportation convenience and urbanization are positive factors that can promote high tech industrial agglomeration,but human capital shows inhibition on the high tech industrial agglomeration.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to promote the agglomeration of high tech industries.
